Second Stage Theatre's Annual Gala

Save the Dates, Invitations, and surrounding development collateral for 2ST's Gala fundraiser. Initially I showed them some quick concepts riffing on their circular logo bug, but the client wanted something that was young and sexy; they had chosen "Get Turned On" as their theme. Given the obvious double meaning in the theme, I felt the Edison Bulb concept was a homerun. A symbol of inspiration that could be literally turned on. The client liked it, but could it be sexier? Always... The most satisfying element of the neon sign concept isn't just it's simplicity—it also incorporates 2ST's house orange (PMS 172) as well as echoing their iconic circular logo bug.
