



Initially we conceived of a gamified audience rewards program that would allow the most ardent fans of Allegiance to unlock special content and get exclusive access to the production, win prizes and, of course, tickets. Originally called "Allegiance Ambassadors," this idea continued to evolve but did, in this early form, yield a potent driver of ticket sales--the Allegiance Priority Access Pass; for $5 eager audience members could hold a spot in line to buy tickets before the general public. Given the grassroots nature of this early audience cultivation, done largely via social media, I appropriated WWII Era Civil Defense insignia and propaganda to provide a familiar, nostalgic entry point that recalls the cry to "buy war bonds"
